1. BAMF Entitlement Certificate

With a residence permit and the corresponding application, you can obtain an entitlement certificate for the integration course from the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF). If you receive citizen's benefit (Bürgergeld), you can additionally apply for exemption from the personal contribution – in which case the course is completely free.

2. Education Voucher (Employment Agency / Jobcenter)

If you are registered as a jobseeker, the Jobcenter or the employment agency (Agentur für Arbeit) can issue an education voucher (Bildungsgutschein). With it, the funding body covers the full course costs for AZAV-certified programmes such as our job-related language courses and advanced German courses.

3. AVGS – Activation and Placement Voucher

With an AVGS, you can take advantage of one-to-one coaching at WeBiKul Münster – language coaching, application training, or job coaching. Requirement: you are registered as a jobseeker. You can apply for the AVGS through your caseworker at the Jobcenter.

4. BuT – Education and Participation Package (Bildungs- und Teilhabepaket)

For school-age children from low-income families (recipients of citizen's benefit, housing benefit, or the child supplement), there is the BuT package. With it, you can access free learning support at WeBiKul Münster – tutoring in all school subjects.

5. Job-Related Language Course (DeuFöV)

Building on the integration course (B1), the BAMF offers the DeuFöV job-related language courses under Section 45a of the German Residence Act (AufenthG) – levels B2, C1, as well as specialised job-related language courses. These are completely free of charge for eligible participants.
