"Volunteering is neither a pastime nor a niche for those seeking prestige. The community cannot do without voluntary work. Volunteers are the best role models. Volunteering is the backbone of a free society, because it gives citizens the opportunity to help shape and improve their environment."
At Westfälisches Bildungs- und Kulturzentrum e.V., you can volunteer in the following areas:
- as a learning companion in German courses
- in childcare
- supporting the planning and running of cultural and social events
- in projects for children, young people, and adults
