The "Westfälisches Bildungs- und Kulturzentrum e.V.", WeBiKul for short, is a non-profit association founded in Warendorf in 2013.
WeBiKul is a recognised provider of independent youth welfare services under Section 75 of the German Social Code, Book VIII (SGB VIII / KJHG) and a certified provider under the Accreditation and Licensing Ordinance for Employment Promotion (AZAV) for quality management.
Our locations are in Greven, Warendorf, Münster and Georgsmarienhütte.
Our guiding principles are primarily based on three core ideas, which can be summarised by the terms "education", "upbringing" and "enlightenment".
We work together with various institutions and public authorities to meet the challenges facing our society.
