We-Jugend – The Youth Platform of WeBiKul
We-Jugend is the youth platform of Westfälisches Bildungs- und Kulturzentrum e.V. (WeBiKul). It was founded to give young people in Greven and the surrounding area a voice – for more participation, creativity and cohesion in our society.
What is We-Jugend?
We-Jugend is an open network for young people between 12 and 27 who want to get involved in their town, carry out projects and bring their own ideas to life. Whether it's the environment, media, culture or social engagement – with us, young people and their topics take centre stage.
Together with schools, associations and youth welfare offices, We-Jugend develops formats that promote participation, an understanding of democracy and civic engagement.
Our Goals
- Strengthening young people's self-confidence and sense of responsibility
- Promoting social skills, teamwork and empathy
- Supporting young people in carrying out their own projects
- Connecting young people, institutions and initiatives
- Promoting digital and creative forms of expression
How can you get involved?
Do you have an idea, a project, or simply want to have your say? We-Jugend gives you the space to get involved – whether online or in person. Come to our meetings, workshops or action weeks and get to know other committed young people.
